Good morning, Thank you for the speedy delivery of the stanchions. They are well made, shiny, and durable. While opening the box, another person and I observed tiny dings in the base of two stanchions. We took pictures of the base, but the shiny reflection did not capture the dings. We also noticed small cracks in the bottom of two of the poles. I'm asking for a discount on my total bill, or should I return them for another set?
Wow! Quick service and an excellent product. The stanchion was just as described and very stable.
Sadly I'm with the other disappointed people... I placed an order of an instock item on 8/19. After 10 days without an update, I called to follow up. Was assured by customer service it was shipping out that day. Fast forward 8 more days and still nothing. Call again and am informed they just don't know what happened, my item should have shipped right away. And now I get to wait some more...
Liked the product, but terrible customer service just like the other reviews. The box came as a pair of posts and bases except it only had one base, so not sure why they took it out to begin with. After 5 phone calls and each time being told that they would ship it right away and email me the tracking I never received the product nor the email. Finally asked to speak with a manager during the 6th phone call a month and a half later. Manager was unavailable and was told once again the same thing that they'd ship it right away... read more
What a joke, took over a month to get a product I ordered that was "in stock", then received the wrong size and color of product. Customer sservice says nothing is wrong and I got what I ordered. That is not true, they just don't want to make it right. Will never spend another dime here. The other negative reviews posted here are obviously accurate based on my experience. Take your business elsewhere.
