Good morning, Thank you for the speedy delivery of the stanchions. They are well made, shiny, and durable. While opening the box, another person and I observed tiny dings in the base of two stanchions. We took pictures of the base, but the shiny reflection did not capture the dings. We also noticed small cracks in the bottom of two of the poles. I'm asking for a discount on my total bill, or should I return them for another set?
They were exactly what I was looking for, for my new gallery space!
Wow! Quick service and an excellent product. The stanchion was just as described and very stable.
Liked the product, but terrible customer service just like the other reviews. The box came as a pair of posts and bases except it only had one base, so not sure why they took it out to begin with. After 5 phone calls and each time being told that they would ship it right away and email me the tracking I never received the product nor the email. Finally asked to speak with a manager during the 6th phone call a month and a half later. Manager was unavailable and was told once again the same thing that they'd ship it right away... read more
Terrible customer service. Took 110 days to receive my order in multiple packages. Refused to refund my order. Cody the sales representative tried to change his voice and act like his manager named Jason. Stay away from this company.
