I have now reported Crowbar to City of Poway Code Enforcement 4 separate times for public safety issues. Unacceptable. This contractor was hired to do work at my apartment complex, for some reason never able to safely secure their site. The fence is constantly left open and accessible. The only time that they dont leave a 3' gap in the fence is when they are reported to City of Poway Code Enforcement. Per CSLB, they are exempt from carrying workers' comp insurance because they don't have any employees. How is that possible w... read more
