They have a "round-up" policy, adjusting your bill (only upward) to round it out -- too hard to count or another $ generating idea?? Expensive, and they pretty much leave you to your own resources when it comes to service -- guess it beats the dark but I'd go elsewhere if at all possible. I've read about the corruption on the board as well -- I know, shocking huh!
