My wife and I had an amazing experience at Crow River Harley Davidson. We had recently lost my wife’s father who had purchased a beautiful 2020 Tri Glide in February this year. The bike was purchased elsewhere and we had no idea what to do with it. Jason and Nick were extremely helpful and walked us through all the steps and options and advised us in our particular situation selling it on our own might be best. I picked up my bike from Nick on monday. The guys down there are great and always willing to help you no matter what. Best decision I've made and I couldn't be happier with the team down and Crow River Harley that made this all possible!
Both nick and Jason were awesome guys to work with they did everything they could to get me both the best finance options and the best price on my trade, only thing I would change was nobody went over anything on the actual bike. Spent about 1/2 hr in the parking lot figuring out some new controls and other little things like how to correctly open and close bags since I have always had Japanese cruisers bikes before... just kinda handed me the keys and sent me on my way
Great people working at this dealership, and they have great prices on bikes, parts, service, etc. I have dealt with several H-D dealerships, and this one is the best!
