We bought a condo that had windows installed from Crow Industries. We noticed a problem with one of the windows and a couple that were stiff to operate. I called Crow Industries, even though I had not bought the windows and asked if they could take a look and see about corrective actions. Sold me a bunch of PGT windows that I'm pretty sure all have small defects like they were from the failed QC pile. Poorly installed, some are hard to open others click and had missing screws.
Installed hurricane windows and slider doors. Job not completed. All screws exposed. One not properly installed and water came through during Milton. Bad work, no follow up, bad service and they do not return phone calls.

Hard to imagine that you can be in the install and service business and not return 4 phone messages from a customer who has your product installed in their home. A simple phone call...how hard is that?
