Installed hurricane windows and slider doors. Job not completed. All screws exposed. One not properly installed and water came through during Milton. Bad work, no follow up, bad service and they do not return phone calls.

Hard to imagine that you can be in the install and service business and not return 4 phone messages from a customer who has your product installed in their home. A simple phone call...how hard is that?
Don't do it. If you are lucky and they aren't busy, you might get them to do some decent work, but once they have your money you will NEVER be able to get a hold of them for any warranty or follow up. If you are GC, you should put extra time and money in your budget to intervene and keep your customer happy.
