Terrible my car got towed it was 390 to get it out the same day that’s outrageous
me and my sister had a terrible experience with this towing company. The driver only had to tow her car about 3 minutes down the road, and the whole process took just a couple of minutes—but they still charged an outrageous fee. There was no breakdown of the cost, no clear explanation, just a plain rip-off. It felt like they were taking advantage of the situation, and we wouldn’t trust them again. Total scam.
This company is an absolute scam. My car broke down in the middle of the road and the police called this towing service. The tow truck driver himself was polite, but the company completely took advantage of the situation. I was charged $325 for a 3 minute tow, literally in the same city, which is outrageous. pricing is INSANE, they charged $300 to drive LITERALLY 5 minutes. literal sharks
I have not used them for towing my rating is based on price. I called today needing a 12 mile tow from Belleville to Ypsilanti they said it would cost $425. I called another company right after and got the same tow for $155.
