This is now the second time I've been here, the first time the guy was incredibly hostile and this time around the lady was also incredibly rude. If you have the unfortunate displeasure to be forced to do business with these people, say a prayer.
After the accident, I tried to take my important belongings from the car. While I was still partially inside the vehicle, the driver started lifting the car without giving me any chance to safely step away. Unknowingly came after office hours to help my friend get stuff from his car. Overweight bald guy at the counter was extremely rude and antagonizing for no reason.
My driver was very professional and he was young. Surprising with great mannerism. They also gave me a price to tow me home, then when I asked if I take it to my mechanic which was 20min farther the price was the same. No up charge at all. I highly recommend them. Honesty is very important.
Hmmm some very suspicious activity going on around van buren twp. My car was seized by van buren twp pd, 10 days later i found it after no one would tell me where it was at i went to go get a release report from van buren pd and was told they don't give them out... The 11th day (next day) it was "auctioned off".
