Front desk staff were kind and fit me in as a walk-in. X-ray tech delayed her lunch to take me rather than have me wait. She was professional, friendly, and explained how I was to position myself clearly. They remembered to print me an image disc, which I would have forgotten. Getting the results does take a while, but that seems to be the case at all the places around here, so it isn't any worse.
Had an MRI on 7/11/25. As of 8/13/25 still no results. Even with the doctor’s office calling Imaging and asking for reports, still unable to get results. I have been told they don’t have radiologists to read reports. Do NOT go to Crouse Imaging. Totally unacceptable!! I will be following up with Crouse Imaging myself to see if I can make any headway with getting the results. At this point, not confident they will even be read competently!
One star for the front desk communication/ no explanation of the procedure. PSMA is a special scan for the prostate cancer. Most patients here come accompanied by family or friends. I brought my 82 year old father here for PSMA scan today, the office called him ahead of time to remind him of the appointment but never described that it’s a two step procedure lasting approximately two hours ( active time) That is very disappointing and indicates either incompetence of the staff or their disregard for the patient’s time as well... read more
