Since the phones have been outsourced, I have been on hold at least an hour on four different occasions and I can't talk to anyone. I finally saw a provider on Monday. I was supposed to get a script for PT but the script that was in the patient portal was a mess. Said it was for antibiotic therapy and not Physical therapy. I can't get it corrected. I am beside myself. This is a nightmare. A case of putting the bottom line before the patient.
I have been going here for over 10 years! I never wait and Dr. Smith is amazing!
Why is it so difficult to get test results! I’m paying for these procedures and no one contacts you. I call leave message, no response. Hopefully not serious I guess , why pay for these and not get results. Been in pain for months finally testing, week goes by no results, have to keep calling. Why pay
