WARNING! She takes advantage of old people and makes bad deals. Sadly the people who need to see this are not on the internet much, but as a daughter of one of her customers I can tell you my dad got ripped off. Then when I brought it up with her, she blamed my dad (who had dementia) despite saying and acting like she was a friend. He paid way too much and should have been told it was a bad deal. Her son, Jacob Smith with Rogue Contracting is also not to be trusted. They are looking for vulnerable senior citizen.
My team had the recent pleasure of working with Debbie on a VA transaction in Glendale, OR. Her extensive real estate background really made the difference. We look forward to working with her again soon.
Debbie helped my husband and I find the home I just sold, she spent tons of time looking for our new home without us. I had a good experience dealing with Debbie. She was very professional and available, unlike some other real estate people that I tried to deal with.
Debbie went above and beyond in helping me. It took 2 long years and she never pressured me into a property that I didn't feel comfortable with. She always gave her open opinion when asked about property details and quality. She was quick on the draw getting back to me when a new possible property became available (which you have to in this housing climate). And she kept fighting for me to get the property that I wanted.
