Treated very disrespectfully. Our Father Fred Wright passed away on Friday, January 17, 2020 . He had prepaid and pre-planned to be cremated because my sister and I could not make that choice to do that to our father and told him this after he had made his wishes known to us. As hard as it is to plan services for our deceased loved ones, the entire staff are professional, caring, compassionate and empathetic. They’re patient with you and don’t expect you to be in and out. They actually care about the families as well as the deceased. Also, I feel cost was more than reasonable. I’d recommended their funeral home for anyone’s lost loved one.
I’ve known Bobby Crouch since elementary school. My brother Bobby Johnson and he we’re good friends. He is so compassionate and never is in a rush when planning a loved ones services. I had the pleasure of watching Bobby take a very dear young mans twin sons aside at the cemetery and explain all about how they put the casket in the ground.
