Angry beyond words. Difficult to deal with. Not happy with the workmanship
This is only the second review that I have done in my life and the only good one. I have a high performance classic car that I am very picky about who touches. I spun a bearing and needed major engine work. I didn't have a local mechanic that I trusted so I decided to try Crouch for the very first time. Dale and his staff were great. He worked with me on my options, I felt the price was fair, he delivered it on time and it runs better than ever. I felt they treated my car like it was theirs. I couldn't be happier
I must say, I was so frustrated with work being done on my truck. We decided to go to Crouch and what a GREAT decision. They went above and beyond what they needed to and kept me informed every step of the way. My truck is running like new and I will definitely will be following up on other fixes with them. My anger towards the mechanic who charged my son $400 to fix his car and let it leave his garage a virtual death trap ( a mechanic's words not mine) is overshadowed by the amazing work ethic & professionalism demonstrated by the mechanics at Crouch Automotive in Rising Sun! Nicholas Fellows safety was priority 1, his safety was just as important to them as it is to me. I have spent more than $50,000 with this place over the last 3 years, and traveled over an hour each way to bring my trucks there. I preferred to deal with Dale so I knew exactly what repairs were being performed. On my last visit, I called and asked to speak with Dale following the repairs, as usual. Rather than permit me to speak to him, Joanna decided it was more important to get on the phone and demand payment, before I had even picked up one of my trucks. The Best Mechanics Around. They have been doing work on my truck for four years. I would never take it to anyplace else. Even when I feel on hard times, and money got tight, a few years back, they worked with me. Thanks for the excellent service.
