RecommendedJust stayed here for my boyfriends bday getaway!! The room was so nice, really spacious private and had such a cute patio! Rita was amazing and extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely come back!!
I have stayed many times and each time is better then the last, seems each year something has been updated or renovated, the exterior is getting a complete makeover, they are going green with solar panels and adding a small “beach area” with sand and tables and chairs so everyone can be outside and eat or relax and still maintain social distancing which on that subject with the covid 19 issues they are going above and beyond to do their part to make sure rooms are sanitized and spotless. as I was sitting in the Verizon today, the owner came in very unprofessional complaining about his bill. not only did he make racial comments about the representatives, he began illegally taking pictures of the staff and the store. he was clearly unhappy with the customer service he spoke with on the phone and abruptly took it out on staff who had no idea what was going on. I was pretty sure when I arrived on Halloween & saw Crosswinds decked out for the holiday that I'd found a good place. I was right. I had a spacious corner room, clean & comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, & I especially appreciated the BeeKind eco-friendly products. The vibe is laid-back & welcoming, & location - plus parking! - is great. On top of that, the rates are totally affordable. Found my new place to stay whenever I'm in Rehoboth.
I can't say enough about this motel. The staff is beyond gracious and kind. The rooms are great, the prices are very affordable, great location. I would recomend to anyone!!!
