The secretary. At the Osage county office stated that she was going to put notes into the child's medical records and then failed to do so when asked why she said that she had a certain amount of time before they had to be in and I asked her what that time frame was she said 48 hours At the time that I checked to see if they were actually put in, we were well over 48 hours. So per the secretary's own words, they cannot follow their own policies.And procedures, how can I trust them to treat my children

The staff is amazing here I don't anything to say but great things they all are professional and respectful and really care about people.....thank you for helping me so much!!!

They don't tell you up front they do not have any therapists available. They also do not tell you that they cannot diagnose you. They actually lied and stated they could do a psych eval on my son but then turned around and couldn't. They lied about the intake so I ended up having to take off work 2 separate days instead of 1 just to have them take my vitals 2 times. They refused to let my 16 yr old go to his appointment with his step dad even with my approval because he didn't have paperwork showing he has custody of him and... read more

So i really don't know if this is the right spot, but I was a teenager under their help from 2012-2016 ish maybe, I am not blaming them or anything, but I do recommend one thing is spotting a narcissistic parent, I shouldn't of never been blamed for my narcissistic parent provoking me nonstop then she would use the therapist and caseworker against me.
