I inquired about their services and not they won't stop calling me. They have a "Intake form' that they don't seem to want you to have time to read it. I asked to see it and that almost started an argument. No they won't mail you a copy and if they sent it. It's coded and ??/ only a link to click on after you provide more info about your self.Piffff, The reason to not mail a copy is that the USPS losses them. . The med clinic is great, especially Dr Kaur. Overall though this clinic has a very distorted outlook on mental health treatment, as in they pick and choose who they feel should get treatment over others, and they would not know a true mentally ill person if they were sitting right in front of them. I have worked with some great people over the years and some that I am not sure how they graduated college, as well as some that push agendas and use forms of intimidation as methods of approach.
