I love this place I want to raise my family here... There's nothing like it...must see.. Nothing says safe and secure like gunshots and cops everywhere 😂
Roaches in the laundry room, addicts hanging off balconies screaming, dog (at least I hope) feces left everywhere, your packages will get stolen, teenagers drinking in the hallways blocking your apartment, random knocking on the door at all hours, strict on curtain color but not fixing fire safety issues, as well as individuals literally trying to steal the groceries out of your hands. I’ve been invited as a guess. They had just moved in and I was bringing house warming gift. They haven’t been in there for a week and all I seen was NO paintwork done. Had leaks coming through the ceiling from someone apartment upstairs. Had holes in the walls. All this rust, mildew and mold in the bathroom. Seen old lead that’s been there for months or years who knows. Screen doors was not fixed.
