I’ve been invited as a guess. They had just moved in and I was bringing house warming gift. They haven’t been in there for a week and all I seen was NO paintwork done. Had leaks coming through the ceiling from someone apartment upstairs. Had holes in the walls. All this rust, mildew and mold in the bathroom. Delmarva Property Mgmt has been most helpful in their knowledge of the entire complex. As an owner, easy to rent to college students. Walk-in closet BR. Inside of property, very well maintained. Nicely landscaped. Salisbury University straight shot up College Ave. 5 min.
