These are absolutely the worst apartments to live in. I would not recommend these to a homeless person or my worst enemy. The don't follow their own rules and make living here a living hell. Living in your car during a blizzard would be better than living here. They are own for being a Band aid complex and changing rules on a regular basis. Run as far from this place or any properties own by Kittle Properties. You have more freedom being in prison than living in the place. I would not recommend this apartment complex to a homeless person if they could live here for free. It's sad that the rating system only goes down to one star because this complex should have a negative rating. The overall rating of this particular complex speaks for itself when it is compared to all other nearby apartment communities. I have lived at Crosswinds for 3 years and can highly recommend this complex to anyone that is looking to move to the Danville area. Bambi the area General Manager and Jamie the complex manager have been awesome and so very helpful in my time here. The maintenance department,Charles and John have been amazing also. I love living here . But I been dealing with disturbing neighbors that are above me . When they grandchildren come over they are running through the house non stop . Why not let kids go outside and run free . They are bigger than my babies . It’s very loud and sounds like elephants going back and forth . It gets very overwhelming especially when I have to work in the mornings and my kids have school . I been here for 3 years and nothing has been done .
