I would not recommend this apartment complex to a homeless person if they could live here for free. It's sad that the rating system only goes down to one star because this complex should have a negative rating. The overall rating of this particular complex speaks for itself when it is compared to all other nearby apartment communities. I have lived at Crosswinds for 3 years and can highly recommend this complex to anyone that is looking to move to the Danville area. Bambi the area General Manager and Jamie the complex manager have been awesome and so very helpful in my time here. The maintenance department,Charles and John have been amazing also. I love living here . But I been dealing with disturbing neighbors that are above me . When they grandchildren come over they are running through the house non stop . Why not let kids go outside and run free . They are bigger than my babies . It’s very loud and sounds like elephants going back and forth . It gets very overwhelming especially when I have to work in the mornings and my kids have school . I been here for 3 years and nothing has been done . We’ve lived here almost 2 years and have had nothing but issues. Mold, no air conditioning for a month, clogged dryer vents, maintenance walking in without permission. The lady up front can’t do anything without “her boss” so she’s basically worthless. They’re more worried about fixing up the empty units so they can make more money than taking care of the residents they already have. Don’t waste your time!
