I have lived at Crosswinds in various apartments for about 5 years. This property was originally built in the '60s and it has had its share of plumbing and flooding issues in the past. As a senior, I have lived in enough apartments to know that all apartments, regardless of price range, have their problems. The key to whether or not a particular apartment is livable through problems has to do with the responsiveness of the management and maintenance staff.
