There's been a $70 overcharge for the past few months that is not on my signed lease. You need to stop overcharging and refund the past extra charges right away. I've been talking to my lawyer and will soon file will small claims court. Thanks alot for never responding to any of my messages.
Issue #1: Today is DAY 12 WITHOUT A WORKING KITCHEN SINK. I submitted a maintinence report right away and it took 8 days for Nolan to show up, who said he'd come back the next morning to fix it and he never came back. Issue #2: The provided washer was originally complimentary. I was originally allowed to replace the provided washer with my own.
