This place has it trash bins collected by the city at 4:15am every Friday morning...with the banging of the metal...it wakes up the whole community! Utter joke!
This place is a complete dump. We dealt with roaches, active mold, and management’s solution was to paint over it instead of fixing the problem. When we asked for pest control, we were told the entire complex had been repossessed/turned over, so they couldn’t bring in pest control until the bank found new people to take over the property. Let that sink in — roaches everywhere and no pest control. Our canopy was ripped for EIGHT MONTHS, and management said they wouldn’t fix it until more canopies were broken. There is nothing nice I can say about this place. There are cockroaches, If you want to use your deck forget about it. You can’t put and thing on it. I live in a 2 bedroom there’s not enough storage the kitchen it’s to small if you cook. I did not see the apartment before moving into it because I moved from New Hampshire and did everything online and over the phone. I would not recommend moving here.
This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Living here was a constant struggle from moving into an apartment that was not ready for us, disgusting conditions that never changed, and you could never get ahold of the office team. Elaine (the office manager) and Bridget (accounts manager) should be ashamed at how unresponsive and unaccountable they are!
