Applied paid the application fee which I knew I wouldn't get back but they also wanted a 250 move in fee. I paid it we got denied which is ok but they won't answer or email me back at all it's been over a week. I've been sending emails after email about getting the 250 back nothing.
Went to tour apartments 6/4/25, the leasing official (Dawn) did not acknowledge my mother and I when we walked in the door. Nor did she ask our names, I’m only aware of her name because I read her name tag. Signs out front advertising 1,2,3 bedrooms available now are inaccurate as no 3bed rooms are available for over a month. Disappointed in the apathetic behavior from Dawn. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I feel bad for current lease holders

1. No one's lying about the roaches...trust me. They seemed to have colonized the buildings and even with my own pesticides and their seemingly random pest control practices (regularly failing to notify residents that random technicians will show up and enter your residence), they persisted. 2. I don't like that they, as policy "paint, replace flooring, then deep clean" on every tenant that departs...its on the white board in the supervisor's office, yet they will still eat up your deposit. I have lived in crosswinds apartments for 14 years. I love the location but this apartment complex is not the best. There have been so many manager changes. Terry F. in maint. is awesome! He always gets things done in a timely manner! I will say that I am disappointed in the fact that they have taken away the indoor pool from us. No one wants a club house upstairs. Very bad decision.
