i am in the process of applying for an apartment here. and i have called over 15 times and sent emails and NEVER get a response. i have no idea how to get ahold of anyone to answer my questions that i have. so far not very pleased with the communication.
They over charge you $1500 a month for a poor living situation, they take weeks sometimes months to fix issues that take 15 minutes they do not care about you once you sign that contract I would never recommend this place to anyone they rip us off and forget about us please do not waste your money at Crosswinds until they fix the way the lead this place and change how they treat the community because it’s not good I was gonna do 2 stars but they don’t even deserve that, gym has machines that don’t get used they need better l... read more
When I first moved in, this community wasn’t bad at all, and the maintenance team has consistently been great. Unfortunately, the constant turnover in property management has really taken a toll on the overall living experience. Last month my AC went out, and I had to rely on a portable unit for almost three weeks. My electric bill jumped to $450, and despite asking, I was denied any credit. She is not only an extremely professional agent, but a knowledgeable one. Literally, every moment of worry, she was there to help. 11/10 customer service.
