Friendly staff in the front office! Maintenance always helped in a timely manner and the rooms were spacious, very nice and updated.
We love love love these apartments! Only reason we are moving is because we are going out of state, if not this would be our permanent residence. They treat their residents great! They make sure there are no problems within the complex, quick to fix any issues! We’ve never had a single issue while living here. We are so thankful for Alyssa and Danette and their dedication to what they do! We definitely will miss them!

I know it is hard to find a decent apartment complex in Corpus Christi. My fiance and I thought we found a decent place, so we looked past the outdated kitchen and bathrooms because staff was more important to us, and they had some of the best reviews in town. Our initial thoughts reflected the positive reviews. Personally, one of my favorite things is the fact that pest control actually enters your apartment, which has resulted in the least amount of bugs I have seen anywhere in Corpus.
