RecommendedLived here for my first apartment and it was awesome. The maintenance guy, Travis, stays on top of everything. If you call for maintenance he is usually there and fixes it in no more than 30 minutes. The office lady, Tricia, is so nice and is always there to help if there is an issue. I highly recommend Crosswinds! Great staff and great environment.
Extremely rude over the phone when I was asking about the openings they had. Very unfriendly, not professional, and yelled at me on the phone. Hung up on me 3x and denied answering the phone to assist me. It baffles me someone so rude was answering phone calls.
They do not take care of their residents. I have had a leak in my ceiling since May 11 and still not fixed. Their communication is just awful.
RecommendedGood place to live managed by the great NP Dodge management company. Large spaces, large windows, free parking and free storage. What’s not to love!
RecommendedI have lived in the apartments for almost 5. I have really enjoyed living here management is good and so as my neighbors. They do offer security codes at the doors. And some apartments have their own garages without extra charge. The rent is very reasonable.

i lived there for quite some time I started out in a one bedroom apartment broke my lease to get into a two bedroom apartment. After getting into my second apartment with them everything fell down hill cars would continuously get broken into there would be broken glass everywhere you can hear the neighbors next-door to you fighting and screaming and when you call down to management to see what there going to do they simply say “we are working on it” they never ever had a plan in place for anyone it was always a put off! afte... read more
