The first thing I noticed was that the flooring and the tiles are completely uneven and that’s not even the worst part. The AC stopped working today and instead of offering any solution or alternative, all the office said was that they would text HVAC. They never got back to me or gave me an expected date for it to get fixed. It’s a joke and don’t live here.
They do not care about mold in the properties and will charge you for EVERYTHING. :)
I enjoy living here. The people in the office have always been extremely responsive and helpful. Maintenance always comes within a reasonable time. They don't leave messes when they fix something. Update: This place was miles ahead of the next place I moved into. I just wanted a townhome and its a big property management company. Maintenance has already been out 5 times. I never had any issues with Crosswinds ever.
