After a requested service call for my heat pump system the service person from Crossville Heating & Cooling, he told me I needed a whole new system and new duct work with air purifier. The cost would be *******. Every time I have used them they have tried to sell me something. After having another company check the system they found the pump only needed a part. My fear is that elderly people would fall for this unnecessarilly. A new heat pump system is NOT THAT EXPENSIVE.
Had tech come out he told me I needed a new air unit that mine was in bad shape then he said I needed a new comparator charged me ******* and the air still didn’t work when he left told my wife he really didn’t do repairs just replacement so I called another company they fixed it it was just a burnt wire when I called Crossville back said service manager would call me back about refund but never did. This company is a rip off
Totally Outstanding Service.., from start to finish!! From the office staff to all the field staff.., everyone was personable and professional! To keep the flow of work going.., they ensured we had staff at all times and the job was finished on the timeline committed to! Good communications from the field team was most appreciated!
