Do Not Buy A Car At This Dealership. We bought a 2024 Jeep Rubicom Hybrid with 5K that is a complete Lemon. The salesman lied and told us it was a “fleet” , which we found out later wasn’t true. Original buyer returned it due to EV charging issues. We brought it back to be fixed, told us “it’s all set”, but still having problems. I would not hesitate to work with the sales team at Crosstown Motors again. My recent experience buying a new Ram 2500 diesel was seamlessly orchestrated by my salesman, Asa Pettit, and his managers. There was never a fuss and certainly no muss 🥳
Edit on January 4 2026 - The GM that responded to this post did not follow up directly as they said. If they are reading this I urge them to post their follow up here. Since there was no follow up I wanted to clarify a portion of my review. At least two times after they received my vehicle and before I had it towed home, I was told that they attempted but could not jumpstart the car.
