I can't stress enough how amazing Crosstown is. The whole team is great! Eric, Amy, Noah, and Miyah, and all of the vendors/contractors they work with made the home-building process seamless and easy. The finished product might look high quality, but Crosstown is not a builder you can trust to do the right thing. They built our home during COVID in 2020, so our ability to be on the build site was somewhat limited. After they backfilled around the foundation, I discovered a large 5ft vertical crack in the foundation blocks. When I brought it to the attention of the builder, he was dismissive and did not feel any remediation needed to be done. After I brought in a civil engineer, the builder agreed to repair it.
