I have several times been requesting for them to cancel my subscription but they refuse. I nologer live in Toronto. I have emailed several times but no help. Why am I paying for a service that I don’t receive? Very unfair. Can not access them via calls . The answering machine directs to email. Do I have to drive all the way to Toronto to cancel a subscription. Ridiculous!
nice car wash and reasonable pricing, but hoping they would consider making this 24 hours if possible and I'd be ecstatic
The service was good, specially when Crosstown promised to refund charges made when I was under the impression that I was only buying it's service for one month.
"SCAM" It is not obvious that when you sign up for a 30 day "Club membership" that this will roll over. I was charged for several additional months before I realized that this was happening. You have to write to the company to ask for the membership to be terminated. I have wasted a couple of hundred dollars for the handful of winter car washes I purchased in December and January (actually bought a second membership thinking that the previous one had expired). NOT WORTH IT
