If you have no cultural taste buds come here, no seasoning, im fighting to eat my sandwich wasted money they cook all the food n it sits probably days cause aint no way this brisket was this tough, or they just gotta update the cooks. They are finessing business

Did not enjoy it. Pork quality: Lots of gristle and skin, and the fragrance was not appealing. Sauce: heavy cumin and pepper flavor, also super sweet Bread: the small sandwich had a bun, but for some reason the "large" sandwich was white bread which is extremely unappealing. Beans: I tasted brown sugar strongly, and it was over-caramelized tasting. I expected: - something on par with KC bbq - buns, not raw white bread, ever, except as toast on the side of a bbq plate.
