They told me i would be paid the day they picked my truck up or the day after its been almost a week and i still have nothing. Plus i had to take $150 for an explorer. I feel like i should have gotten more out of that but thats a different story. Will gladly never do business with them again

I had my first experience with both Crosstown Parts and their shop in Otsego. Both were great to work with. It says a lot about a business when you call and get a upbeat, helpful, professional person on the other end. It was pretty slick to be able to call up the Parts location in Kalamazoo after looking through there online catalog of parts for our van, find the part we needed, then contact the repair shop in Otsego and they transported the part to the repair shop for me and installed it with in a day or two.
