Generous, Loving, Informed and Supportive. The strength and courage of all who were involved . The community, was a true inspiration for me and all those in my life. The hard stuff that was shared and talked about became softer and digestible. Sometimes through tears and often times with laughter. We developed courage through sharing and learning to make our lives healthier with, yoga, movement, exercise and diet. When my husband was found to have advanced cancer I was given the name of the Wellness center. I was so distraught and the people closest to me were struggling with his illness also and worried about me. So I made the call and was placed into a support group for caregivers where I found the freedom to express my sorrow and fears until he passed and I then started the bereavement group where I found an an answer to my prayer of finding a way to survive without him.
