Ready for your injured pet on a moments notice. They keep you informed. Our dog rebel is in there care right now. He got loose and was gone since Monday. Made it home today and had evidently been in a fight with a pack of dogs. He will be ok but won't be as handsome. But he will be fine and back home in a couple of days.
