Crossroads really impressed me today. One of my rescue pups had to be taken in as an emergency with breathing difficulty and lethargic behavior. After being to another clinic twice over the last week, Dr. Utsey diagnosed Penny with pneumonia. We had been initially told her breathing difficulty and coughing was due to her elongated palate by the vet at the other clinic. A simple x ray diagnosed the problem. Penny was very lucky. We have been longtime customers of crossroads vet hospital, with nothing but good experiences to share! There's a reason some of these reviews say the wait time is too long as they are overly busy because of their excellent service offered. The customers of crossroads are normally very appreciative of the excellent care they receive from the kind hearted staff to the compassionate doctors and the fair competitive pricing.
