live somewhere else... please! Constant awful smell in the apartment, constant leaks, swamp cooler doesn't work, and when it does, it contributes to the leaks. COCKROACH paradise, they are everywhere! Cockroaches in the fridge, dishwasher, oven and bathroom. Unprofessional landlords that have no sense of emotional intelligence and can't handle criticism. This apartment gave me nightmares.

We pride ourselves on well clean, maintained apartments, professional and responsive management, and great customer service. If you are one of our tenants and your apartment is infested with roaches you need to submit a maintenance request immediately so that we can get AAA Pest Control out there as soon as possible, and if there is roaches in your appliances, replace them.
