I see very good reviews. I don't know who was working that day to get those. We got rejected at elevator because our trailer was too dirty. Old man yelled the whole time and who yells at the driver for "your trailers dirty" like "no skit bruh that's why we're here"
Hello everybody, during the last week in June of this year 2026 I had the best experience from the West Memphis Arkansas shine and polish shop, Steve and Chris love and honor their job, they make sure before you leave that you are a happy trucker. Chris puts good quality work in every shine and his experience shows, his work does the talking. That on duty staff in the office was very professional, the lady was past nice as well as respectful. Its my go to spot for washouts in memphis/west memphis area. Easy no BS get you in and out quick.
Good people. Did an okay truck and trailer washout bur if you have a hopper bottom, they do not have the equipment to clean it out properly if you have anything that sticks. I had some rice brand and then did let me know before I left that they didnt have enough water pressure to get it clean
