Very nice and accommodating. I called and had my 1st apt with meds in 1 hr video called. Was guven treatment options i didn't know was available and im excited to continue my treatment with them
They was here when I needed them the most!I missed my original appointment due to being sick then couldn't figure out the zoom so I called the 800 number and they got me fixed up explaining how to do everything and got me my medicine to get me through until my appointment!! Saved me from being sick
They were very nice!! They worked with me and didn't judge because they understood my situation!! They also helped me with other means like transportation!!
I haven’t been there physically yet, but I was suffering from opioid withdrawals, I was able to contact them and have a tele health meeting and get a suboxone script all in one afternoon! Thank god the red tape to get this medicine has been eliminated and thank god, that Crossroads couldn’t have made it anymore easy to get. What a great place that wastes no time getting you stabilized. Same. Day. People. Incredible. You can get your life back in a day!
