They no longer allow you to make a selling appointment, so you have to take all your stuff, head to the store, go on the APP and add your name to the waitlist - (how Gen Z is that? that's a criticism; not a compliment) Some of us more mature people (grown-ups) like to be able to make appointments because we are not like the " just show up" Millenials, and we have other things to do besides stand around and wait on line!
