Great Service
This company not only held up the closing of our home, BUT released the title knowing it had a lien on it. Now due to this incompetence we are responsible for the lien in the grand amount of $4,550. I've tried several times to communicate with them via email (which remain unanswered), and the address listed is CLOSED!
Terrible experience! Handled my closing pooly, next to no communication, ran into and issue they called "unfixable" when a solution was found they had scare off my buyer and ruined my closing!
