We loved having Grace B for early intervention. 3/4 of my kids have been in speech and Grace is truly amazing . She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to get the results we were looking for. She’s truly wonderful at her job, professional and kind.
Our daughter worked with Katie from Crossroads for about a year and made tremendous progress with her speech! Katie also did a great job sending us detailed recaps of each session, including specific things for my wife and I to work on with Jenna.
Susan is an AMAZING occupational therapist. My child made SO much progress while working with her! Susan would come to my child’s daycare for her weekly appointments. My child would get so excited for “Susan days.” The teacher even said to me “I’ve seen a lot of OTs provide services throughout my years here and Susan is by far the best.”
Our daughter had a speech delay after being diagnosed with a very rare cancer and an autoimmune disease that led to a speech delay as well. Emily (Speech therapist) made us feel like we were in the best hands from day 1. My daughter is now 3 and has aged out of the early intervention program but Emily helped her so much in building our daughter’s confidence with her positive approach.
