Ms. Susan is GREAT! She's patient and calming. Very resourceful. She knows how to talk to children and adults. She helped my son with his OT and I would highly recommend her to any families looking for an OT specialist. My son loved spending with her.

We had the greatest experience with Susan and Crossroads. Our daughter needed a little extra help and OT with Susan helped her (and us) so much. I wish we could keep going because we loved meeting with Susan so much! 100% recommend!
Grace has been amazing with my daughter. She absolutely loved every session and cannot wait to see Grace again. Grace helped her so much, not only with correcting her sounds and improving her speech, but also with building her confidence and self-esteem. My Daughter and I had a wonderful speech therapy experience!! She just turned 3 and is talking up a storm. Grace was our therapist, and she was great!! My daughter loved her!! I wish early intervention lasted longer. Besides learning to use words she also learned some imaginative play. Grace was very good with handling the ups and downs toddlers go through during one session of speech therapy. OT was a little harder to find the right fit but eventually we got Julie.
