We have been working with Crossroads for over a year with Vanessa as my son's OT and Emily for ST. They both have been amazing with my son's progress and I am grateful for them both. In the beginning, through Early Intervention out private insurance was being billed and there were no issues at all. Sarah was phenomenal with our son! She was so engaging, and it was so fun to watch him learn so quickly through interactive play. We are so thankful for her!
My son worked with Angelica and really enjoyed his sessions with her. He always felt comfortable and never minded going, which made such a difference. She was thoughtful, efficient, and made great use of their time. I’m amazed at how much progress he made. It was a wonderful experience overall.
