Had valve cover and serpentine belt replaced. Was in and out in about an hour. Polite and courteous. And to be fair to this provider I am giving them a 5 star. I wish I had pictures to share to show the old cover and what heat does to plastic. Probably one of the only issues I had with this 2015 CR-V Honda.
Had my oil light come on while out of town for the weekend. Monday stopped by the shop to ask a few questions, crossroads said let me pull it in real quick and makesure there is nothing going on. They changed the oil and looked for leaks. Sent me on my way, told me to come be and let them check it at 1000 miles. Then called me the next day to make sure it was all good. I feel safe, and trust that they do the work that I am paying for. If you need a good garage, Crossroads is for you.
