Clean establishment, friendly staff, seemed to be staying busy. I did not get auto service, i picked up a vehicle from their buisness.
I’ve owned and maintained enough cars over the years to know how frustrating and exhausting dealing with auto repair shops can be. When my wife and I moved out here from TR, we wanted to find a local shop to handle our car maintenance and repairs. We lucked out tremendously by being so close to Crossroads. Lindsay and the team are some of the nicest people and have taken excellent care of our vehicles. They are attentive to concerns and provide detailed findings for when they do inspections. Great friendly service!
Highly recommend this place! They are kind, very honest, honorable, and easy to get in touch with. I needed a new battery, so they put in a new one. Within a couple days, the battery stopped working. I took it back to them and they stood by their service, offering to replace the bad one they had just put in free of charge. Great people!
