Incompetent techs! Faulty equipment! Deceptive documentation!
Dr Crowe has helped me TREMENDOUSLY! I have narcolepsy and I spent almost my entire life exhausted and constantly sleeping. He was the only one that took my problems seriously. He took his time with me and explained everything. He is very very nice. The staff is amazing. They are very helpful and nice. They help me with anything I need as far as medication refills and scheduling. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Give him a chance, you'll be very happy that you did.

I really like Dr. Crowe, but did not like how their front desk made me feel. I brought my husband to my appt (we complied with all masking, vaccination, social distancing protocols) for another set of ears for my appt regarding my Cognitive Disorder the office treats. I was told “we don’t usually like that, but he’s here” when we showed up for my appt. I shouldn’t feel guilty, need to explain or apologize for bringing my spouse to an appt. especially when they are aware of my condition.
