If you are a new rv owner and looking for advice, repair and qualify work I strongly recommend looking elsewhere! Took my pop-up for a summary of needed repairs. I was told one thing and found out what they said they did not actually happen. Relied on their expertise if the trailer was even worth it. $3000 later and didn't even get help hooking it up. Owner and manager lied personally to my face. Will never never use them again!! They take your money gladly and push you off the lot.

I'm sorry you feel that you were treated unfairly. But just to be clear on the request you made of us, you purchased the older Jayco tent trailer from a private party, and asked us to check everything over to see what it needed. i told you the least expensive way was to do a "Summerize Operation" in which we check over the trailer and then alert you to what if any repairs are needed. Just at the start of a family rendezvous at Yellowstone the electrical in our new trailer shorted out. Crossroads got us in the next day and fixed everything in a few short hours. They excel in customer service!

I have a 2016 Crossroads Carriage. We recently had an issue with our rubber roof separating & inflating while on a 4000 mile trip. We called customer support & they recommended we drive directly to the nearest service center(Camping World, Pensacola,Fl.). They immediately began a warranty repair with a new roof & had us back on the road in 3 days. Not everyone post possitive feed back, I just wanted to say thank you.
We found the perfect trailer online @ Crossroads, but thought living 2 states away might be a problem. Not so! Mike answered all our questions, took care of the interstate red tape, made a more than fair deal, then took care of our new trailer until we could travel 1Kmiles to get it. In person, we found the entire crew at Crossroads to be friendly, caring, patient, knowledgeable. They even came to our campground to fix a few minor issues we found! Well worth the trip.
