Biggest piece of c*** that we EVER invested in. Ripped off from the dealership to ripped off by crossroads themselves even more so by not standing behind their product. We have been without the trailer for 7 months (as it was supposed to be lived in at that time) and for us to get it back with 23 **** nails sticking through the wall on the other side in bunkie to stab someone !!! We purchased this Volante new. We have had problems from the day we bought it. From the beginning, we have taken it to the dealer four time to fix (repair) the door. The cost is a loss for us. This last time, the door would not close nor lock, and we are taking it back, perhaps for the last time to replace the door. Crossraods 331bh purchased April 2022 has spent 3 months at manufacture for walls sliding away from frame. We have had about 12 months of use. Everytime we take it out, we have to return to dealer for repair. Inverter, electrical, leaf springs, battery, broken brake. We have spent enough to make almost a years worth of payments. I uderstand some normal wear and wear and tear but not this. We had a different brand of trailer previously and had no problems. Below 1 star on quality.

Have an 18 333db by zinger bought new similar price to a Honda Accord been over 20000 miles with it and 40 states total maintenance roughly 5k well worth it would buy again paid the 5k out of pocket as I don’t have time to play the warranty game so can’t vouch for that side of it but for what I paid and where it’s brought me I’m not complaining one bit and would recommend to anybody

Our Cruiser Aire is a 29 Ft 5th wheel manufactured by Crossroads and purchased through ******* *****. In 2020 the roof gave it up and turned sticky. No, we did nothing wrong and fixing the roof meant a complete scrape-off and replacement. So far no offer of help from anyone and replacement was $7,000. Our RV is a 2016 model! And I’m not complaining about the window seal failure that caused a large floor replacement OR the slide issues.

We purchased our camper in April, 2016. A Sunset Trail Superlite SS254RB. We had multiple issues from the beginning. We had to have the radio/DVD player replaced. They had to replace the entire entry door because it was so out of alignment that it couldn't even be fixed. Multiple issues including missing screws, bad calking around tub/shower, paneling coming off in many places. Those issues were fixed but with a cost to us. Safety Issue with electronic stabilizing jacks to rv travel trailer I wanted to let you know that our Crossroads Sunset Trail has the following issues. We have filed a complaint with safecar.gov as well. The electric stabilizing jacks extend on their own. They extend while sitting still as well as driving. The manual electric switch will not engage to retract them until they have fully extended. While we were driving this happened several times and one time almost caused us to have an accident. I purchased a 2013 Cruiser Aire Travel Trailer, and I have had numerous issues with the unit, The table base came loose from the floor, The faucet in the bathroom feel off into the sink, The electric awning would not work, the shocks were bad on it, the oven door was sprung, the real electric jacks motor went bad after being used 5 times, the wiring harness that goes from front to back, bracket broke dropping down on wheel while traveling causing damage to bracket, the trim around the slide out came off, staples pulled throu... read more

WARNING....do not buy an RV/trailer manufactured by Crossroads RV Manufacturing! We purchased a Crossroads 322RL 5th wheel and have had nothing but problems from day 1! They do not stand behind their product and refuse warranty work. Craftsmanship is absolutely horrible. Our trailer was either a Monday or Friday build, or they just do not produce a good product.
