As a first time home buyer the process can be extremely daunting. Linda helped facilitate this process by answering all our questions stating "no question is silly". She set proper expectations in terms of time lines and diligently followed up on requests or directed us to the correct personnel. It was a smoothe process and even after the home buying experience, she still made sure we knew she was available should we have any other questions.
