As a Seller- We used Josh to list and sell our house in 2020-2021. The Buyers flaked out first time, many other struggles to get it closed the second time. Josh worked harder than any other realtor would have to bring it to closing. Absolutely went well above and beyond. We were 1000 miles away, helpless for the most part to resolve any issue without 18 hours driving. If you're considering selling, Josh was able to close our house 50k above any other realtors estimate. Well Done Josh and Linda!
I was a tenant for 3 years. Crossroads Reality “accidentally “ sent me a Non-Renewal Notice and a Notice to vacate 60 days prior to my lease expiring. Then 10 days later they send me a notice for house inspection to renew lease. At this time I find out they didn’t mean to send me those notices. I told them I already made different arrangements.
