Awful service. Week one, soon after signing lease, they had someone snake the drain which caused sewage to cover the area of our yard by the back doorstep. Called them and they said I'd have to deal with the sewage issue. Mind you we hadn't even moved in yet or used the facilities and we have 2 kids. I had to plead with them just to get someone to throw mulch on it. After that, we kept the kids away from it and tried to let it among other issues we had at the time go. I wouldn’t recommend renting through this office. The rent is very expensive, and in my experience, the service has been poor. Maintenance issues have not been handled well. Please check other options and read the reviews before deciding to rent here.They charge there replacement carpet cost to me too before leasing.unprofessional management.
BLUF we did not have a great experience with Crossroads. 1st: The house was filthy when we got the keys, like no effort put into cleaning prior whatsoever. Rat droppings in the cabinets, under the stove was absolutely filthy,the carpets were most certainly not professionally cleaned and the tiles in the bathroom were still dirty. I went to pay my rent on this inosio website says $23 fee on top of my rent and I called costumer service and asked if there is an alternative way to pay my rent because im not paying a $23 eefing fee because its wild.Then the lady immediately got aggressive and assumed that I was getting iffy at her so I had to explain myself about the situation in detail about the fee so she can understand my point. I have reported that my entire building is infested with bed bugs . For 3-4 months they did not do nothing . I bombed , sprayed and even replaced furniture they disappeared temporarily. But as an apartment office they did nothing to fix it .I spent at most $700 including buying a new bed, frame & washing items & cleaning supplies and bug Treatment , to continue to be rid of the bugs.
