This company is ridiculous. They don’t know how to run it at all. You’ll have to wait months and months for service calls and then be nickled and dimed for every little thing, like having vegetables growing in your yard. Even if you’ve been a loyal tenant for 2 years, never late on rent. They’ll drop a $135 fee on ya without warning. Part of that fee is for my door being locked when I never authorized anyone being in my home. We are a family of 5 we 3 CHILDREN.
