I have reported that my entire building is infested with bed bugs . For 3-4 months they did not do nothing . I bombed , sprayed and even replaced furniture they disappeared temporarily. But as an apartment office they did nothing to fix it .I spent at most $700 including buying a new bed, frame & washing items & cleaning supplies and bug Treatment , to continue to be rid of the bugs. So this company cares more about the owners that use them than that do the tenants. My friend is currently renting threw them, and for the past week she has had no AC and no offers for a temporary fix until the main unit is fixed. The owners of the property are aware of what is going on as they visit every year for a yearly inspection. You want to make sure your property isn't being trashed that is fair. The ladies at the desk were helpful. We didn't find anything we liked at the time but they offered a better experience than others.
