So this company cares more about the owners that use them than that do the tenants. My friend is currently renting threw them, and for the past week she has had no AC and no offers for a temporary fix until the main unit is fixed. The owners of the property are aware of what is going on as they visit every year for a yearly inspection. You want to make sure your property isn't being trashed that is fair.
