I had them appraise my home in April of 2015. Pam and her husband appraised my house. Her husband took measurements of my backyard and wrote a report about it in the appraisal documents. The pictures his wife (Pam) took did not turn out so he came back to my home and took more pictures. As he was leaving he told me he was going to pull up comparable homes that have sold in my area.
