These people dragged out my application, just to keep my 300.00 application fees and denied my application. THIS PLACE ONLY TAKES YOUR MONEY. No one would ever return my calls, texts or emails until almost 2 weeks of sending all they needed , check stubs , statements, etc, just to tell me I was denied. For what???I have no idea, was never told just kept my 300.00!! The office staff customer service are straight up liars.
Do not move here , Roaches and they don’t go away and they try to finesse with the floor plan u choose .
Crossroads Ranch has been stepping up their game with getting these food trucks on the property! I’ve taken advantage of every single one! We have had nothing but great experiences on this property. Keep up the good work Crossroads Ranch!
I have tried to get my VPP registered since my move in date and no one in management has been able to help me. Cars are regularly left on bricks.. no trash service. Maintenance team is wonderful. Seriously though, management here has ZERO customer service or professionalism when speaking to residence. At least in my experience.
Theres dog shit everywhere and mold coming out my vents
