I've been seeing Dr. Carey Cottle since 2015. My anxiety was out of control. I was literally physically ill daily. Dr. Cottle was kind, patient, and helped me get to the right dose of SSRI for me. In addition he is very easy to talk to and asks about my life even though he is not a therapist and doesn't have to spend that time with me. The front desk staff are always kind and smiling, Beth in billing/insurance is very knowledgeable and helpful. overall pretty good they just take forever to fill the prescription or the doctor to sign off on it. sometimes 2-3 days.
THIS IS A MEDICAL OFFICE LIKES TO SAY "WELL IDK JUS TRY N SEE" WHAT TYOE ID MENTAL HEAL FACILITY IS THIS! AND BRIDGETTE CANT BE A LEGIT NURSE SHE SHRUGS HER SHOULDERS AT EVERY SITUATION. Let's try this.....I crash out n blow up the building!!! It's not my fault it's mental health y'all refuse to treat properly!!!!! I like my doctor. But the nurse n staff will just give you drugs with NO INSTRUCTIONS even samples. I find myself getting seriously ill n sick n have to call several times for the nurse say she will reach out to t... read more

My provider was great, but office staff and nurses are unempathetic, unorganized, and some are downright disrespectful. Even my provider agrees that there are administration problems that are out of her control. I'm disappointed to take my needs elsewhere, but it's clear that only positive reviews are acknowledged and Cone Health is more interested in their social marketing than correcting problems that are mentioned over and over in negative reviews.
