Be wary of this company. They will keep your deposit when you leave regardless of the work to clean and repair the property. We lived in one of their single family home for almost a decade. After all of the upkeep and cleaning that was done upon leaving the premise, they frivolous claims on why no deposit would be returned. It wasn’t much money, but after a decade of working on that property and loving it, they ended the relationship on despicable terms. Renters beware.
