My husband and I (with our two toddlers) had an amazing time renting from crossroads for about 4 years. We truly don’t have any complaints. Chelle and Brian were amazing! They were reachable any time we needed anything and were always a pleasure. When it came time to move they tried to help and we really appreciated it. We were sad to part ways with them but would live in one of there properties again. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for everything.

My building has been managed by Crossroads for several years, and I can't say enough about how responsive they are when there is an issue. They have always treated me with kindness and professionalism. They understand that, while this is their building to manage, my apartment is my home and they are considerate when needing access.
These people lie so much. They fronted me to thinking I was a good candidate to apply for the house. They made me and my spouse apply to makes $110 that went to waste doing Danm well they weren’t going to give me the house. I had to beg them for the code to look at the house after I already applied for 2 applications. They gave someone else the house and didn’t even tell me until I called and also lied about letting me know that they emailed me to tell me that but that was a lie.
