Moved in in April. It was clear no walk through was performed before move-in. Several things wrong with the house that required maintenance to be contacted. When we did contact maintenance, the issues were rarely resolved. In June of this year we had a major leak in the master bathroom that caused small flooding in the master bedroom, water was leaking through the walls.
