Health codes- this is something that should be reviewed by the owner of the properties in the Akron and surrounding areas. DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS. I wouldn't let my dog live in any of the homes I looked at and was physically sick by the stench. How can another human being expect another one to live in a home with filthy, fecal, urine smelly carpet? A tub with a hole and spray painted? Disgusting. Do not waste your time looking at any property owned by this company. You deserve better. Remember your worth!
